In the course of my life’s journey, as I navigated through struggles, hurdles, disappointments, and moments of uncertainty-facing crossroads with no clear direction-I often felt that more than training or advice, what I truly needed was a confidential space where someone would simply be present with me, listen without judgment or unsolicited advice, and allow me to express my thoughts, fears, and vulnerabilities without inhibition.

Now, after being trained as a coach and having undergone coaching myself, I realize the difference it could have made in my life. Perhaps I would have taken more chances, discovered my strengths earlier, faced my fears with greater confidence, and managed stress more effectively.
